Job Responsibilities

40% Customer Service-  Provide outstanding service to members to create totally satisfied member experiences and loyalty to AAA. Coordinate the member experience from start to finish by appropriately recommending Membership, Travel, Insurance and Visa products. Assign member to the appropriate AAA associate best skilled to successfully serve the member needs. Bring passion and positive attitude to daily interactions with co-workers and members.

40% Sales Support- Promote and sell AAA products and services, including the AAA Visa credit card, utilizing the AAA sales process to determine member needs and provide the best recommendations. Collaborate with manager to set individual monthly sales goals and create a plan to achieve them. Provide referrals to Travel and Insurance Sales associates.

20% Branch Operations- Manage the branch traffic flow, member wait time and member experience by understanding the needs of each member. Create innovative ways to improve current operations and streamline procedures. Keep informed of new developments in policies, procedures, work methods and AAA product lines. Follow all office safeguard procedures and secures club assets. Assist with processing weekly travel store inventory orders.

Job Specific Requirements

  • Working knowledge of computer software and ability to effectively navigate multiple systems.
  • Desire and ability to sell, upsell and cross-sell a variety of products and services
  • Complies with federal and/or state mandated regulations and licensing.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform routine office tasks that includes operating a computer for long periods of time, sitting, filing and communicating on the phone
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull a maximum of 25 lbs

Compensation

The mid-market salary range for this position is $18.35 per hour to $20.39 per hour, plus incentives.
