Job Description
CROSSMARK is hiring for a Part-time positionthat will entail you going to Multiple Retail Stores, and be responsiblefor quality performance of retail tasks and objectives to achieve superiorresults for CROSSMARK’S clients and customers. The typical scheduleis Monday-Friday, working anytime between the hours of 8am-5pm, with anoccasional Saturday. Some overnights between 8pm-8am may berequired. Work Schedule:
· Very flexible, part-time schedule.
· Must be available to work onaverage 21-25 hours a week.
· Must have some open availability to work anytimebetween the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
· ** NOTE: Work hours will vary, and someweekend work may be required**
· Must be willing to travel up to a 40-50 radius fromyour home.

· Build Displays, Perform Resets
· Stand for long periods of time, Bend, Stoop, Climbladders
· Lift between 30-50 pounds
· Use basic hand and power tools
· Schedules tasks on weekly basis to meet executionobjectives
· Executes retail merchandising tasks as scheduled
· Performs stores/tasks in efficient/cost effective manner
· Accurately reports all completed retail tasks via theappropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed.
· Communicates effectively with store personnel regardingtasks, sales activities, promotions, and client/sales plan objectives
· Engage every work day with CROSSMARK’S communicationtools for the purpose of accurately planning, reporting, and reviewing work.
· Ability to implement retail schematics and merchandisingmaterials as assigned.
· Flexibility to participate in team scheduled tasks andclients work-withs.
· Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and todevelop a professional working relationship with store management, associatesand other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and clientobjectives.
· Insures proper maintenance on all company equipment.
· Follows company policies, procedures, and positionresponsibilities.
· This role is not expected to exceed morethan 20 hours per week, although the company does maintain thediscretion to change the role based on the needs of the business and/or theclient.

Qualifications
Physical Appearance:
· Individuals must ensure a professional appearance and propergrooming is in order. The associate must present a neat, clean, andappropriately groomed appearance. Specific Retailer Dress code requirements areincluded in the training documents. In addition, tattoos must not be visiblewhile the associate is engaged in their work assignments.
Specific Skills:

· Resets
· Proficient use of a Personal Computer and familiaritywith Word, Excel, and Outlook.
