ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Talks with customers in person and assists customers in returning or exchanging products.

Processes returns and completes paperwork for warranty returns when return specialist is not available.

Ensures Jretail location is clear of missing parts.

Stocks shelves and counters with merchandise.

Assists in setting up advertising displays or arranging merchandise on counters to promote sales.

Follows performance standard as written.

Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.

Obtains merchandise requested by customer and places merchandise in a bag or box.  Assists customer in carrying out larger items to their vehicle.

Answers customer’s questions and offers assistance or direction.

Cleans shelves, counters, and displays.

Greets customers when they enter the store, and checks packages and receipts when exiting the store.

Thanks customers for their business.
