Help both your customer and your store win.
- Greet all customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience; includes answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department and/or person
- Perform all Front-End store related responsibilities, including ringing up sales, processing returns, bagging items, processing “Buy Online and Pick Up Instore” orders and enrolling customers in company loyalty program
- Connect with our customers and understand their needs to present solutions
- Assist in resolving escalated issues with upset customers
- Be flexible on responsibilities (i.e., merchandising, replenishment, store appearance and cleanliness, other duties as assigned)
Essential skills and experience:
- Able to work a flexible schedule (including nights and/or weekends)
- Must be able to engage and speak to customers
- Collaborate and work with other team members
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
