Responsibilities Include:
- Fast pace and energetic employee
- Maintaining selling floor presentations, and restocking them as needed
- Tagging and sorting clothes, toys, etc.
- Learning Kid-to-Kid’s systems and procedures to enhance work efficiencies and complete support duties
- Handle all returns courteously and professionally
- Work atmosphere is fast and high energy
- Develop procedure knowledge with training
- Be aware of current promotional events and sales
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Bonuses in future based on monthly last year’s sales
- Buyers earn bonuses on items bought
- Employees earn paid time off (PTO) and discounts
- Hours available 9:45-5pm or 1-8:15 pm and some weekends
Compensation: $15.50 per hour
