Description

Our patients may take advantage of comprehensive aligner treatment to treat misaligned teeth or an uneven bite. They may also choose to make improvements in specific areas of their smile with our Touch Up or Refresh aligner treatments.As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the efficient and profitable daily operation of our retail store that specializes in clear aligner products. You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and meet sales targets.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcome patients effectively to encourage discussion regarding starting aligner therapy
- Conduct patient smile assessments and take full records including digital scans, simulations, X-rays and photographs
- Educate patients on the health risks of not receiving proper treatment
- Maintain a high patient conversion rate and meet monthly office production and sales goals
- Provide financial information, facilitate payment for products and services, and secure a financial commitment from the patient
- Perform follow up phone and video call on previous patients
- Perform Insurance Verification and explain benefits to patients
- Meeting monthly production and collections and other business KPI’s
- Manage the daily schedule and the dental monitoring portal
- Administrative tasks include patient check-in and check-out, collecting PHI, patient registration, patient account management, and end-of-day account reconciliation.
- Manage multi-line phone systems for incoming, outgoing calls, and voicemails.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the office
- Administer company policies and procedures including regulatory requirements such as Support the doctor before and during the consultations, ensuring that patient is offered the treatment options most beneficial to their goals
- Handles patient complaints and provide feedback to Providers/Assistants on issues related to clinical matters
- Complete quarterly operations checklist
- Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies in accordance with hygiene, safety, and OSHA standards
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years commission-based sales experience
- Proficiency in Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in digital scanning and knowledge in aligner procedures (preferred)
- Knowledge of private Dental/Orthodontic Insurance Benefits (preferred)

Hours:
- Full-time
- Tuesday- Friday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturdays 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
