Overview:

Retail Customer Service Representatives will interact with customers in the retail store to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

* Working Saturdays will be mandatory

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with customers directly
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and product information
  • Checkout and process sale orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Stock and organize inventory

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Communication skills – verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
