Customer Service Associate

*NOTE:  THIS POSITION IS BASED OUT OF OUR CROWN POINT, INDIANA LOCATION*

Pay & Benefits:

• $18-$22 an hour based on experience

Requirements:

• At least 1+ year customer service and/or call center experience.
• Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• Excellent communication skills both verbal warn written
• Excellent and confident customer support skills and positive disposition
• Ability to handle high call volume
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide exceptional customer service/Quality of Care

Tasks include, But Not Limited To:

• Identify, research, and resolve customer questions
• Provide customers with basic information regarding the nature of our business
