General: The Construction Administrator II assists with the construction administration phase.
Requirements: Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering or seven years construction or inspection services experience. MS Office Suites to include MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. OSHA 30 Certification.

Assists with Construction Administration activities on projects, monitors project for construction document compliance.
Assists with establishing project procedures, problem solving activities, budget reviews and certification needed.
Initiates document revisions, project reviews and processes changes orders.
Oversees test reports.
Assists with the preparation of punch-list and close-out procedures and performs post-construction services and investigations as needed.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
Should be a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
Additional duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to handle stressful situations, multi-tasking, and working within reasonable time constraints to meet production schedules and budgets. Will work in normal office environment and may also be required to work outside of a normal office from time-to-time.
