Job Details Rockland County – Rockland, NY Full time $32,500.00 – $62,000.00 SalesDescription
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Makes sales calls on every account (ACCOUNT LIST). *
- Follows steps of sales call procedures. *
- Searches for opportunities with displays, shelf space, POS and new items. * reviews end plans ( Sell in Displays based off ADs) *
- Monitors shelf space and displays. *
- Monitors and maintains product freshness and inventories. * Responsible for pack out service in stores. *
- Responsible for placement, maintenance and inventory of POS items (do not leave at account). *
- AR/open invoices return to the office within 24 hours. *
- Monitors competitive pricing, displays, shelf space and POS.*
- Maintains inventories and instructions. *
- Maintains knowledge of products and prices. *
- Maintains and improves company and product image. *
- Completes required reports on-time such as weekly expense reports. *
- Account Surveys are Due with in 24 Hours when Requested (price, displays.). *
- Communicates all promotions, products and prices with retailers. *
- Execute Chain Promotions and AD Display EXCUTION. *
- Communicates opportunities and problems with management and involved personnel. *
- Responsible for accounts in your respective market. *
- Focuses on value-added services and responsibilities. *
- Expectation of start Time 7:30 Must be in Market until at Least 4:30pm. *
- Must Adhere to Sales Dept. Dress Code Policy (No Baseball Hats Must wear Dana (Branded) ID Clothing only. *
- Maintain and Organize Back stock (Condense all Breakage) BEER BREAKAGE Cannot be picked up due to NYS LAWS. *
- CGO participating stores. Orders must be adjusted, confirmed, and submitted with the CGO Coordinator. (ON EVERY CALL) Must conduct timely cycle counts/global zero adjustments to maintain accurate inventories in stores. *
- Maintains company vehicles (keep service up to date) *
- Must have the Do it Now Attitude. *

Qualifications:

Language Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of order processing systems.
