Cashier

Compensation Details:

Starting pay range of $15.13-$18.00 per hour

Our helpful faces at the front registers provide amazing customer service by directing customers to products, answering phone calls, and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Cashiers delight our customers with a strong knowledge of our products and services. Other critical tasks include stocking shelves, cleaning displays, inventory tracking, and generating special orders.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Cash handling skills

• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to learn about Oakland Ace Hardware products & services

• Ability to climb ladders

• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Availability on weekends

• Working toward or have obtained a High School Diploma or equivalent
